Not much to say about this company. software company dedicated to providing anti-identity theft software.
Defaulted 1.7 m on current loan, looking for extension.
19K customers, down from 27K this time last year.
News leaked a little early yesterday so I got in early. Today IDW signed an agreement with AVAST anti-virus for their product to be rolled into the AVAST software suite.
with any kind of luck the extension for the loan will be approved and the new partner will produce a increase in sales to put them back in black!
37% gain in one day, here's hoping the rally can continue.
