LITHIUM$$$$$$
Took the capital and profits from EPL and bought LAC.
There is a supposed huge bull run for lithium coming as car manufacturers get into producing electric cars.
I think this one has a good shot at going somewhere.
Will keep you updated.

Yeah, there is a bit of momentum behind the lithium market. I have been looking into it after my last endeavour with GRYO.PK.

Re: LITHIUM$$$$$$
I'm actually a bit skeptical about lithium. Although I see it as positive, in this sector I am more interested in vanadium. My most recent pick is Energizer Resources (EGZ.V). The newest technology (not so new anymore) for long lasting batteries will be vanadium. Although they do make a combo deal (lithium-vanadium), I believe vanadium will be the longer term winner. Additionally it is used in steel, which has a stable and consistent long term growth prospective. I've recently sold all my EGZ, but intend on re-entering within a month or so. They have an incredible resource base that is entirely undeveloped. It will become easily accesible in the near future, and the vanadium market has very positive potential.
The drawbacks in the short term are; the lack of monetary resources (or a joint venture agreement, which is in the making), and large scale production of this technology has not been developed. However, look into the Japanese electric vehicle fleet and you will quickly realize they are designing and building prototypes which will run on either vanadium or lithium/vanadium batteries.
Let me know what you think.

Thank you Fred , I will do some research on Vanadium.
The main thing I like about LAC is their potential partners and backers , Mitsubishi and Magna , two very large and well run and well respected companies.

After some more research , I like the lithium story.
I now have over 20,000 shares of LAC , I like their backing partners.
This will not be a quick flip but a longer term hold , depending on what happens.

Re: LITHIUM$$$$$$
I jumped ship on EGZ about a month ago... looks like management decided they aren't even confident in their own capabilities and decided to dump a bunch of shares... here is the result... almost back to where I bought. I think this company will dilute again, but still sits on one of the greatest potential green development projects we ever see. Its a matter of two things now: (1) developing the technology for mass production of vanadium or lithium/vanadium batteries; (2) finding a strategic partener to assist in funding the development of this property. I will watch and wait again on this one. Hopefully opportunity presents itself again.
Re: LITHIUM$$$$$$
Fred, does this mean I called EGZ right on the analysis, or too early to tell?
